CHAMBER MUSIC:

"Olde Tuun/PinballMIX#1"
(2005)- Parody-mass/Paraphrase-mass mentality based on Bach's 2-part Invention #10 meets "mash-up” for Piano and Electric Guitar.
Turned it upside-down, re-keyed it, and re-composed it for guitar and piano adding substantial connective-tissue between each Bach note, followed by a second section in which the 2 instruments "pinball" through their parts to the end. Score available. [ca. 12'] Videocast: its the first track (be patient, please...it might take a little time to load)
    Listen/Watch Olde Tuun/PinballMIX#1

"N-Crypt#7.778"
(2005)- Parody-mass/Paraphrase-mass mentality based on Bach's 2-part Invention #7 meets "mash-up” for Piano and Electric Guitar. Removed original notes, kept rhythms. Then “repopulated the notes, did multiple “sonic-bleach-washes” to “degrade the original” (as time would to organic matter), and recomposed based on the fragmented remains. Score soon available. [ca. 6']
    Listen/Watch N-Crypt#7.778.

"Dan[a]2"
(2005)- a sweet and lilting duet for Violin and Cello written for the wedding service of some very dear friends of mine.
Score available. [ca. 10'-flexible depending on situation]

"In-sect"
(2004)- a work that is structured, yet open to interpretation by the performers. Also work-shopped by the ECA New Works Ensemble (high school), and "The Clogs", it is a work involving improvisation, and group-musical choices.

"Square's Rhomboidal Dream"
(2003)- a performance piece that uses the space itself, and may involve the audience.
World Premiere by "LOOP2.4.3" with Thomas Burnett and Joseph Drew
at the John Slade Eli house. New York City premiere
by the same group at St. Patrick's Cathedral in 2004.
In one movement. [10'00"]
    Listen to Square’s Rhomboidal Dream

"I have an Ant problem"
(2001)- World premiere at the Neighborhood Music School by "Goorilla". For any number of players. Structured improvisation.
Performers read a score in different directions, and react according to various rules. 2001 world premiere at the Neighborhood Music School during an NMS Faculty Worx concert. Performed/interpreted by “Goorilla” (B’Racz, piano; Ed Ludvigsen, guitar; Joe Di Ponio, sax).
I have a magic- square grid I was playing with for several years, and we created another work from it called “Goo-Cereal-ish”
(180° different from “ant” version). Starts out hectic, ends narcoleptic. In one movement. [6'00"]
