In the heart of "Kawartha Country" The Irwin Inn offers a pleasant alternative to the hectic pace of the city. Nestled in the woods, along the shore of beautiful Stoney Lake, our secluded resort setting and relaxed atmosphere provide an ideal environment for a successful meeting.
From our dining room, an outstanding view of Stoney Lake enhances your dining experience. Enjoy superb cuisine served in our dining room, and nutritious breaks in meeting rooms. Lunch can be served in the meeting room for meetings demanding a continuous workload.
Accommodations vary from landside suites with fireplaces, whirlpools or private hot tubs, to deluxe lakefront timber frame cottages and suites with stone fireplaces, whirlpools, private hot tubs or private heated pools. All accommodations are air-conditioned and comfortably heated. For convenience, kitchens with coffee makers and complimentary coffee, are provided in your accommodation. Telephones, TV’s and VCR’s are in all accommodations.
The main meeting room accommodates up to 35 people. Smaller "break out" rooms are also available. Equipment, consisting of television, VCR, DVD, screen, flip charts, overhead projector, LCD Projector, is available and is arranged in the room according to your request. We also offer fax, photocopy, wireless internet and e-mail services.
After a complete workday, take advantage of our recreational facilities. Enjoy our nine hole par three golf course, tennis court, canoes or use of a pedal boat, a sunset or sunrise cruise on our pontoon boat, sauna, whirlpool, outdoor heated swimming pool, and 200 acres of scenic property with nature trails. Boat rentals for the fishing enthusiast are available, and best arranged ahead of time. Take time out for a shore dinner on our private island. Horseback riding is available on site. In the winter season, enjoy cross-country skiing, skating, and horse drawn sleigh rides.

Corporate Rates – Single Occupancy
Our conference package includes deluxe accommodation, each with a fireplace in the living room, convenience kitchen, whirlpool or hot tub, or private pool. Three meals per day and two coffee breaks per day, conference room and a/v equipment, are included. All rates are quoted single accommodation, (one person per bedroom), per person per night, and are subject to 5% PST, 5% GST, and 10% Service Charge.

Deposit Policy
We require an advance deposit of 50% of the estimated value of the conference at the time of reservation. Final payment is due the day of confirmed departure date. Confirmed numbers of delegates are required five working days prior to the confirmed arrival date. Cancellation of the conference within 21 working days prior to the confirmed arrival date, will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Cancellation of the conference more than 21 working days prior to the confirmed arrival date, results in the forfeit of 20% of the deposit amount.

Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to a spacious deck with its own 8’ by 14’ private heated pool. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed, futon, three-piece bath, and balcony overlooking the lake.

Cedarwood: This lakeside cottage is a luxurious post and beam structure with log work inside and outside.
