We are based in the island city of Alameda, out of the San Francisco Bay Area, and plan to have the world as our territory.

If you want to come out and see something, we have a location in a lovely antique collective

in Alameda, California at 1519 Park Street 94501.  It is called Park Street Antiques and Collectables.

We have now opened a small showroom in Alameda at 2447 Santa Clara Ave. in addition to our Park Street location. Hours are by appointment only.

My lovely wife and musical partner, Lorna

Himself

I have played music for 45 years, as has my lovely Lorna. My family was peppered with professional musicians and very talented amateurs. Lorna literally grew up in a music store. Her parents founded Swain’s House of Music in Palo Alto Ca. in 1950.

I have been playing the fiddle for 35

years. Also in that time I have built a few violins and rescued many others.

From those days I bring a love of the violin, an appreciation for what it takes to create such a piece of art, a magic machine that, in the right hands, expresses the soul.

Lorna and I are both multi- instrumentalists, and we enjoy playing on quality instruments and quality vintage instruments. It makes sense to us to become collectors and an outlet for these machines of music. Enjoy!
