She spent several years training abroad and collaboratively creating performances in Dublin, London, Bangkok, and Moscow, as well as her home town, Chicago. Irène Sharon Hodes
Irène (Sharon, in Hebrew) is a writer, chef, theatre director, and PR specialist. In October of 2007 she took the plunge, made aliyah, and is currently residing in Tel Aviv, Israel. Currently, Irène Sharon has finished a first draft of her first novel and is in intensive editing mode. She is also launching a personal chef and budget catering business. Her goal is to have her novel in shape to be sent to agents by summer 2009, as well as to delight and broaden Israeli palates while making their events and family dinners stress free and enjoyable. Irène Sharon received a culinary diploma at the Tadmor School of Hospitality and Restaurant Management in June of 2008.
