Liz Valdez is a parent and community activist.  She served as the director of the Crookston based AmeriCorps Program from 1996-2001 and continues to work as a professional liaison between the local Latino community and Crookston Public Schools.  She has also served as a site coordinator for the Fresh Voices program since its inception in 1996.
