Personal Shopper, editor, counselor and when necessary psychologist, chef, photographer, doctor or nurse, administrative assistant, study partner, navigator, encourager, stylist , dietitian, veterinarian, interior designer, information source for everything, gardener, organizer, best friend and the list goes on! My mom wears many hats, and wears them well. I would never get done everything that I have to do without her help, not to mention the fact that I would also not be as well dressed or accessorized!

I think my mom had her doubts when I was young as to how I would turn out, but with her guidance I did finally learn what it meant to be a woman of God.  She has taught me everything from how to take care of a house while creating a home, to decorating for events, to how to walk, talk and carry myself as a
godly woman. I am so blessed by her example in everyday life and by all the things she does to bless me! It is not unusual for her to come home with a new shirt she found on sale for me, or to make dinner early just so I can eat before I go to work. She has given up countless hours of her own time to help me on projects, run errands that I can't get to or attend events or meeting with me.  And she does all this while keeping up with her own busy schedule!

My mom is not just my best friend, she is my hero! I hope someday I can be half of the woman, servant and wife that she is. I love you mom!
