A Helping Hand
At this point I need to mention my guiding angel, Albana, a mall employee with an excellent command of english. She helped me through all the processes with Security and the Arcade (getting my money redeemed off the prepaid gaming card) and she even helped make sure the kids got the prizes they earned with their carnival tickets. The experience was so much less harrowing than it might of been thanks to her help. Thanks Albana!
