It has arrived...
My Apple TV (ordered early January) arrived this morning. It looks great - fits in with my other gear very neatly. Design and build quality is of the usual Apple standard.
Slight problem... The Component Video and HDMI outputs are not compatible with my TV. It is only 3 years old; a decent Philips 28” 100Hz widescreen, but the SCART inputs only handle S-Vid or RGB.
Options for consideration:

Buy new LCD TV - er no! Not going to rush that one!

Find an adapter
After much Googling and several phone-calls I found an adapter thing that Keene Electronics assure me will do the job - should arrive tomorrow. Watch this space...
