This webpage has been set up to represent Hungry Triathlete Massage Therapy.  My name is Adrienne Stedford and I am a Registered Massage Therapist working out of Penticton, BC.  I am currently mobile and work at a location that is agreed to by both myself and my clients.

I am a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (April 2007).  I left my practice in Victoria to move to the beautiful Okanagan.  After two years I returned to school at the University of British Columbia in pursuit of furthering my knowledge of the human body.  I continue to massage while studying and have returned to the Okanagan for the Summer. My interests as a massage therapist lie in injury prevention and rehabilitation, resolving chronic injuries, optimizing muscular function for athletic performance, and working with people eager to lead a healthy lifestyle.
