  1. Bullet  TECHNOLOGY PLANNING

The Technology Planning component is a long-term project taking as long as six months to complete. The process involves guiding the school, administrators, technology team through all the steps of the planning process below, culminating in a written long-range technology plan.             

HELPING SCHOOLS IN THE PLANNING PROCESS: I work with schools on this component. It entails only a beginning visit and a report visit at the end of the process. The rest is done through surveys that will be created so that the school community can respond online. I collate and interpret results providing valuable information for technology (laptop) planning at your school including the following deliverables:
 • Vision and Mission Statement • Individual Teacher Tech Proficiency Skills
 • Individual Teacher Improvement Plan • Student Technology Proficiency by Grade • Technology Plan Template • Findings and Integration Suggestions
 • Report to Teachers/Parents/Board Sample Teacher Survey and Summary Report Below:
