Clifford Bruffey was one of the greatest Bible teachers among the Deaf in America.  He not only taught the Bible but he lived it out in everyday life.  Being deaf himself, he made the Gospel come alive to both the deaf and the hearing.  He was the teacher for the Weekly Bible Study in American Sign Language for many years until it was time for him to go home to be with his Lord.

      Rev. Bruffey was the Baptist Chaplain at Gallaudet University, in Washington D.C. and the catalytic missionary for the deaf of the SBC for the Northeastern section of the USA.
