Voice Empowerment Workshops & Training * Sessions available in Seattle AND on Vashon   Greetings Friends!   I can hardly begin to express how happy I am that Spring has finally arrived on Vashon! So many new things have blossomed in my life and work through the House of Healing Center of Light, and I am so excited to share them with you!   As many of you know, my emphasis over the winter months was on classes and teaching, both on Vashon Island and in Seattle.  In November, Dr. Theresa Ibis gave an AMAZING free seminar about Science & Spirituality on Vashon. In December, I taught my first Sacred Geometry class on Vashon. In January, we kicked off a new Universal Kabbalah Ascension series in Seattle—a class for which I serve as Study Group Leader (meeting every 3-4 weeks during our 10 month class). In February, I taught a class called “Awaken Thyself” in Issaquaah. In March, I taught two classes on Vashon: Opening Your Psychic Gifts with Ostara and an Astral Travel class. In April I traveled to Toronto for the next installment of my training and received TWO additional initiations, giving me even more tools to share with all of you!   Also in March, I kicked off a recorded meditation series I am calling “Minute Meditations with Vila.” They are short (5-15 minute) guided meditations that teach you to work with your intention, awareness, breath and energy to do things like clear negative emotions, receive higher guidance and send more light and love out into the world. I will be publishing a Daily Minute Meditation pod-cast designed to go with you anywhere you are as a great way to shift energy, give you a lift and allow you to connect in deeper! The Introductory CD is now available. I will be selling them at the Vashon Farmer’s Market throughout the summer.   I am happy to introduce several NEW session options available through House of Healing Center of Light! I will be offering these in Seattle as well as on Vashon Island.  Please contact me to make an appointment:   * LIFE ACTIVATION Packages:             One, Two or Three Sessions designed to Align Yourself with Your Life Purpose We are all here with a very SPECIFIC job to do, and these sessions bring in a degree of alignment and empowerment that connects us to our Life Purpose like never before. Many of us sense what we are here to do, but it is navigating the path to get there that creates the biggest challenge. Life Activation sessions will kick your navigation system into gear.   * EMOTIONAL CORD CUTTING sessions: As humans, emotional connection is an important part of who we are and how we function. Unfortunately, these connections are not always healthy or productive and can therefore weigh us down and hold us back from achieving our Life Purpose. The Emotional Cord Cutting session is a powerful way to release negative patterns of attachment, allowing us to create new and HEALTHY connections with our family, loved ones, and colleagues. This session can be done on a regular basis to assist you, especially in times of transition.   * BODY & ENERGY WORK sessions: Our world is changing. This fact increases the amount of stress we feel in our lives on a daily basis. One of the most helpful ways to release stress is though touch. Vila’s body & energy work sessions incorporate Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage with Meridian Balancing and Reiki.   * PATTERN SHIFTING sessions: Pattern Shifting is a method of intentionally clearing old and unhelpful patterns of thought, beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you in your life. Often times, as we move forward toward creating the life we desire, we run into areas where we just can’t seem to make any progress. Pattern Shifting addresses these areas head on with conscious awareness, working on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels simultaneously.   * VOICE EMPOWERMENT Workshops and sessions: Empowering the voice is all about empowering our own expression of Self.
