Vila utilizes a reflexive technique of reflecting back to the individual that which is getting in the way of the progress desired. The intuitive readings offered by Vila are aimed to answer the question: “Why am I getting stuck here?” The information received during one of these readings comes directly from your own energy system. Vila “reads” the energy field--the patterns of movement of energy around certain issues and situations. It’s very much like holding up a mirror and then describing back to you what the mirror reveals that you have blocked from your own sight.

Pattern Shifting:
Pattern Shifting is a method of intentionally clearing old and unhelpful patterns of thought, beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you in your life. Often times, as we move forward toward creating the life we desire, we run into areas where we just can’t seem to make any progress. Pattern Shifting addresses these areas head on with conscious awareness.

The techniques used for Pattern Shifting work vary from individual to individual. Vila tailors your sessions to your particular system and the outcome you are seeking. Pattern Shifting looks at all four levels of the energy system: physical, emotional, mental & spiritual to clear whatever is getting in the way. We begin wherever the issue is presenting itself and we trace it through all the layers until it can be completely uprooted. The process varies from person to person as no one has the identical energetic structuring.
