Welcome to my knitblog!
Welcome to my knitblog! I hope you’ll find it to be “a spicy yarn.” This is my first post, so I'm a total newbie when it comes to this. Please bear with me. I gotta tell ya, tho, iWeb is makin’ it about as easy as it can be! GO, APPLE! ;~)
I had been thinking about doing a blog for awhile, but, like my cell-phone, I was slow on the uptake cuz I figured I simply wasn't important enough to warrant the money/energy/space/time. Then someone I quite admired asked me if I had a blog, and when I asked why, she said, "well, you've been knitting forever, you know everything, and you've got a ton of FOs!" Good enough for me. A hefty compliment always motivates me!
I plan on using this blog mostly for knitting schtuff, but I might diverge into politics or life events or other observations. I have ADHD and I'm not afraid to use it. Non-knitters are welcome, but are advised to check the on-line knitter's abbreviations to avoid misunderstandings. The last thing I need is for some poor soul to misinterpret a statement about SEX ("Stash Enhancement eXpedition") and think I'm some kinda slut. I'm not. I'm just an ole-fashioned yarn ho.
