Beginner Yoga:
The perfect class to learn Classical Hatha yoga fundamentals or for those returning to yoga. This practice will help release muscle tension, begin to create balance strength and teach how to follow your breath.
*All Yoga Classes end with Yoga Nidra -(Yoga Sleep) - relaxation of all the body’s major areas - a peaceful time to help quiet the mind.

Mixed Level Yoga:
Comfortable with Hatha basics? Want more challenge? This teaches postures modifications, breathing techniques, and how to find deeper inner/outer balance.
Yoga/Pilates Combo
This Class combines the benefits of Pilates Mat and the principles of Hatha Yoga. A great way to add new perspective to your Yoga or Pilates practice. All levels are welcome!
