Today is a big day! First off it’s Happy Tuesday. Happy Tuesday is a weekly holiday I’ve come up with. Sometimes you get presents on Happy Tuesday. Gifts are generally $2 or less. Mostly the idea is to promote good times.

I’ve got lots of plans today. I’m going to try to make it by a bike shop. I need to pick up a couple things. Then I’m going to The Harry Ransom Center to see their exhibit On The Road With The Beats. It’s been a while since I grew out of my Beat phase but I’m still excited to check it out. Then I’m off to Barton Springs! I swear that water is magic. If I’m lucky I’ll be on the pedestrian bridge in time to watch the sunset. Chances are I’ll end the day at the coffee shop.

For now, I need to get a nap in. I’ve got to get rested up for my big day.
