*Be careful what you listen to 10+ years later Alanis Morisette can creep into your head. although you may have hated her then, you’ll be amazed how many words you know. Buying the record and listening to it will only cement the songs into you head more firmly.

*My wrist is starting to heal. it’s still a little sore but it’s getting better.

*I’m gonna get in shape! I rode about 50 miles today, it kicked my ass and there were plenty of stops. Plenty of long stops. I got a long way to go to get in shape for the Hotter’n Hell 100.
