Circle Painting is a public art

project that involves artists and

non-artists alike to create beautiful

and meaningful paintings based on

the circle theme. It is a collaborative

and performance based painting

process designed to bring people from

all walks of life  together to experience

the joy of making art and the connection

of building community.


Our mission is to:

  3. Blend art, social activism, & leadership

2/14-3/5/2009 -  Sino Group's “ Art in Hong

Kong”, Centre for Community Cultural

Development (CCCD), & Circle Painting

jointly organized four events to promote

community art:

  1.   Leadership Training Workshops.

  2. “Art in Hong Kong” Community event.

  3.   Centre for Community Cultural  

      Development  Community Event.

At the exhilarating Tuen Mun Plaza event, 500 children worked together to create 12 long canvases with their boundless imagination. When put together they became a massive 3,000 sq ft painting. The finished canvases were exhibited for 
two weeks in the mall’s main atrium.

April 18-19,2009 - The 17th Annual Oceanside Days of Art Festival  This year, the Festival included 120 visual artists, 200 performers, and attracted a crowd of 10,000. Our booth was a sea of colors and participants of all ages had a blast creating many paintings of different sizes. View story & images....Oceanside_4_2009.html
April 25, 2009 Celebrate CSUB Day, Bakersfield, California  This event was hosted by Community Service Cooperative; a student led organization, and was held during the annual “Celebrate CSUB” open house event which drew thousands of people from the community on a gorgeous
