Fifth graders in Miss Guimbarda's 4th period Language Arts class met with their writing buddies in Ms. Goulet's homeroom class.  The fifth graders helped the first graders write stories in their writing journals.  Miss Guimbarda's class and Ms. Goulet's class are a Writing Family.  Writing Families meet across the school and write together.  Students in different grade levels are able to see the writing that their fellow Scotties do in their classes.  The fifth graders were very impressed with the first graders' handwriting and vivid imaginations!  They can't wait to work together again!
