Brief Bio
Born in Memphis, TN, in 1961. Grew up in Abilene, TX. Moved to Dallas, TX, in 1982. Made all kinds of products (albums, tv shows, videos, books) around a puppet character I created named “Gerbert”. TV GUIDE listed the “Gerbert” tv series as “one of the top ten children’s shows for preschoolers” (March 1994). Married the love of my life (Wendy) in June, 1988 (celebrated our 18th anniversary this year). Became a daddy (Shelton, 1990; Andrew, 1994; Avy, 2000). Became a published author (1992 - “Gerbert’s Favorite Bible Stories”). Have over 40 published books since then...And still writing.
