Hello, and thank you for visiting my site. Although I look forward to talking with you on the telephone or meeting with you in person, perhaps I can answer a few of your questions now..

Above all, your wedding ceremony should be a celebration--a celebration of your love and your lives, a celebration of your commitment to a partnership in marriage and a celebration of your community--the people who have supported and loved you throughout your lifetime.

With that joyful tone in mind, I will collaborate with you in writing a personal, original and unforgettable ceremony. Through language and style, as well as substance, we will craft the words and rituals which reflect your unique beliefs, feelings, and dreams.

For those of you who live out of California or the country, or if you prefer to have a friend or family member be your actual officiant, I will still be happy to help you write a personal ceremony, which someone else can deliver. You will receive the same creative materials, attention and enthusiasm that I give to all couples.

Drawing on the riches and diversity of many cultures and traditions, I have written and officiated at weddings and presided over baby blessings, renewal of vows, memorials and other ceremonies for almost 20 years. I honour the passages in people's lives and the commitments of all people ~ regardless of race, religion or sexual orientation.

My only goal and promise is that your celebration will be a personal "work of heart," which may serve as a blueprint and foundation, from which you draw strength, inspiration and encouragement through all the seasons and circumstances of your life.
