As with music, movies also play an important role in my life. The list below will certainly grow longer as new movies appear. Again the list is in chronological order, many of these movies  I’ve seen several times. Most of them I own on video or DVD.  My first serious movie was A Space Odyssey which I saw with my father when I was 14 years old. Before that I was an avid watcher of television, Thunderbirds, Man from Uncle, the Avengers and many Dutch series I’ve seen them all!

Another movie I remember well watching the first time was A Clockwork Orange, It was in Amsterdam with my first girlfriend, we did not knew what the movie was about. But the first fight and rape scene within 10 minutes really surprised her, and me too.

It is still the movie I like best, the combination of the ultra designed scenery, Alex and the music of Walter Carlos, Rossini and Beethoven still gives me 136 minutes of chicken skin.
