WELCOME TO HCASC
The Howard County Association of Student Councils is an umbrella organization for all the student governments of middle and high schools in the county. We welcome student representatives from every school to join us during our General Assemblies. Recently we hosted the annual Howard County Teacher of the Year Banquet at the Board of Education. Congratulations to all those recognized for their years of hard work!!!
