Claudia Cragg reports from the April 20th rally for justice at the Guatemalan consulate in downtown Denver. The Denver Justice and Peace Committee organized the rally along with Amnesty International to demand justice for the genocide against indigenous Mayan people during Guatemala's 36-year civil war. Ríos Montt, the most brutal dictator in the western hemisphere, recently enlisted as a candidate for the Guatemalan Congress in order to gain parliamentary immunity from prosecution for crimes committed during his brutal 17 month reign of terror.
