are currently updating some of our forms. You can still register for classes online. Simply click on the email link at the bottom and be sure to include the following details:
1) Student Name
2) Date of Birth
3) Class(es) of interest
4) Parent/Guardian (if applicable)
5) Contact phone number
We will get the enrollment form back up again as soon as possible.
