SEND A VICTORY BOX

These boxes are Priority  Flat Rate boxes from the US Postal Service.  There are three sizes of Priority Flat Rate Boxes available. (look for the words Flat Rate Box on smaller boxes / the words APO/FPO Flat Rate or America Supports You on the new larger box) It is $10.35  to mail the smaller box - no matter what the weight!  The new box is 50 % bigger and  $11.95 to mail to APO’s and FPO’s.

To SEND:

  You can pick up a numbered Victory Box with the contents from Mary Margaret    

  OR pick up a flat  rate box at your local post office and Mary Margaret will mail

   you the labels and a Victory Box number which you can enter on the flat  

   rate box.  (Mary Margaret can also email you the information and you can

   pick-up the forms when you pick-up your flat rate box.

From Mary Margaret:

  You receive the Victory Box with the three documents (as shown above)                              

   which are:

              o yellow sheet is the VB Contents Guide

              o larger form is the Custom’s Declaration Form

              o mailing label

Preparing the Victory Box for mailing:

               o review the yellow Contents Page to decide what you want to place in

                  Victory Box

               o place goods in Victory Box

               o fill out the areas hi-lighted in bright yellow on both the Customs form                          

                  and the label

                o if you enclose a self-addressed envelope (no stamp) with your name        

                   and  address, the soldier may send you a Thank You.

               o  seal box (place the number provided by Mary Margaret on the

                   outside of box - as shown in the picture above)

               o  attach label

               o  take Victory Box with the Custom’s form to Post Office
