Everyday we face the challenge of finding balance in our lives. We try to appropriately allocate time and energy between work and family as well as strive to fulfill our physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Unfortunately, we are not always successful in doing so and problems are bound to arise, which in turn create even further disharmony. However, problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them.
