Who we are

Peter Wyatt FRICS DEA has over 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE in residential valuations. He has been involved in most types of Professional work in his career, but lately has concentrated mainly in mortgage valuations. He has worked for both local and national companies in South Yorkshire.

In March 2007 he started his own practice as an INDEPENDENT RESIDENTIAL VALUER and has since qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor.

He is a Rotarian and a local Magistrate.

Peter Wyatt has worked in offices in Doncaster, Barnsley and Pontefract and has experience in the Scunthorpe, Rotherham and Retford areas.

Gill Learoyd has worked with Peter for over 10 years and moved with him when he started as a Sole Practitioner. She has over 21 years experience in the surveying business.
