April 2008: HRPodcast has landed!

Many thanks for logging onto this page. This website contains two principal elements, a blog to which you can subscribe and which will contain news items as and when we come across them as well as alerts when the site changes; also the podcast, which is of course the main point of the site.

These podcasts will be aimed at the HR professional. We will talk to people at the top of their profession - in Friday’s episode we will be talking to Sheena Webster, head of HR at UniChem, about changing corporate culture and when it’s right to opt for outside help, as well as the people from Academee who helped the company with its leadership programme.
