The GTF has been working with Instructors in several countries and is happy to announce that the International Seminar conducted in Chile was very successful.  Master Manuel Quiles travelled to Chile recently to meet with the Instructors there, giving a seminar and listening to their concerns for a stronger affiliate in South America.   Mr. Mansilla is the official representative in Chile and he is anxious to work together for the promotion and development of GTF Taekwon-Do in Chile.
