Congratulations to Master Manuel Quiles of USA on his promotion to GTF Master.   Master Quiles has been a long time member of the GTF and has worked tirelessly for the development of GTF worldwide.  We are very proud to have Master Quiles represent the GTF as a Master Instructor and we look forward to his continued efforts to push the GTF forward for years to come.
