Trying to choose the right model for your playing style and preferences could also be a “dizzying” experience! We’ll try to help, by giving descriptions of the tone and playability characteristics of each model ( as much as can be done using words to describe sound)


In 2008 for the first time I’ve made available the wood and body size combinations which have produced the best guitars consistently over the last few years. There is no doubt that certain wood and body size combinations can occasionally produce guitars which are “too bright” or too “woody” or too “thin” etc etc. Our Original Series and 35 Series collections now concentrate on the tried and tested combinations.
