Tuckercon has come and gone and the analysis has begun. For the Video Crew it seemed to go pretty well. We had some early equipment snags, but I think we’ve worked those out for future cons. As usual it was a challenge to get and stay on schedule, but we were never more than 30 minutes off. I had to switch some things last minute but we got the word out. The all DVD format was very convenient. Overall a great job. My thanks and compliments to everyone. Next year’s theme The Best of the Worst.
