The BEST E-Spa restores the body’s cellular energy, promoting better health and improving many dis-ease symptoms: allergies, diabetes, psoriasis, fatigue, blood circulation, organ functions, and arthritis, to name a few. • Raindrop Technique – A one-hour process using pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils which stimulate an incredible healing and de-stressing effect on the body. • Ear Candling – A useful method for dealing with ear challenges, using hollowed-out candles and the use of pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. • Custom Blending of Essential Oils – We carry an extensive line of single essential oils and blends, as well as all the supplies needed to create custom, therapeutic blends. Oils are sold both by the bottle, and by the drop. Sample oils are available. • Blood Chemistry Analysis – Bring your blood work results from your doctor, or we can order a full blood chemistry workup through a lab in Cortland. The results are forwarded to our office, and analyzed to show which body organs are out of balance. A report will be prepared with nutritional & lifestyle recommendations. • Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose Level Checks (Continued on Page Two) • Bio-Meridian Stress Assessment - A fast, accurate, and objective method of identifying the optimal natural health protocol for each client by first determining which body systems are organs are stressed, and which supplements will be most beneficial to bring the body back into balance. • Educational Opportunities – We offer weekly classes on a variety of health topics, all at affordable prices; and other seminars throughout the year. Massage Therapy – 1/2 hour - $35.00; 1 hour - $60; 2 hours - $110; $1/minute for chair massages, minimum of 10 minutes; in-home pricing varies. Raindrop Technique - $60 per one-hour session. Please note: this is not a massage. Ear Candling - $25 for both ears. Energy Foot Bath - $50 for initial foot bath with consultation; $35 for follow-up foot baths. Reduced prices for children and senior citizens; pre-paid discounts also available – please inquire at the office or by phone. $5 referral coupon given to established clients who refer new foot bath clients. Nutritional Consultations, including pH Balancing and Lifestyle Analysis – 15 minutes - $15; 30 minutes - $25; 60 minutes - $45. Ask about our new Family Plan – pay an enrollment fee of $100, then pay $50 per month to receive nutritional assistance & information for your family. Talk to Sharon for more details. Blood Chemistry Analysis – • Comprehensive analysis - $165 for the complete blood work panel to be done (normally $800-1000 if paid for individually); the lab is located in Cortland, NY. A one-hour appointment, computer analysis, and report of findings is an additional $100.00 (this takes three or more hours of Sharon’s time). • Brief analysis using blood work from your doctor’s office – $25 for 30 minutes • Blood Typing - $25, which includes the price of the kit • Blood glucose levels - $10 for testing only Blood Pressure Check – No charg; please request during an appointment, or when the office is not busy. Bio-Meridian Stress Assessment - $75 for initial appointment (90 minutes); $50 for follow-up appointments (60 minutes). Educational Classes – While other health classes in town cost $35-$45 per session, we are asking for donations of only $10 per class to cover class materials and related expenses; attend 3 classes in a month’s time, and attend a fourth class FREE! Paid class attendees are eligible for product discounts, door prize drawings, and product samples. See information and link below. The above services are by appointment only; please call ahead to check for cancellations if you wish to schedule an appointment time more quickly. Payment in full in both expected and appreciated at the time of service; if you cannot afford the above fees, please speak to us privately and we will work with you. It is our desire to provide services to all, but we must also pay the rent and keep the utilities working! More information on Blood Chemistry Analysis Sharon’s preference is for each new client to have thorough, up-to-date blood work; you may bring copies of your blood work from your doctor’s office, or get it done through them and obtain a copy. Sharon will tell you which blood tests need to be ordered. She has an arrangement with Vital Solutions to get a thorough blood chemistry panel done for a minimal amount (valued at $1000). It takes about two weeks from the time you fill out and submit your paperwork, and have your blood drawn, for the results to be returned to Sharon. Sharon then enters these results into blood chemistry analysis software, which gives us quite a bit of information to help us arrive at the root cause of health conditions, and determine which supplements and lifestyle changes would be most beneficial. When she has your forms in hand, Sharon will schedule your appointment and see you at her Auburn office. You will have an initial consultant, and a follow-up consult three-four weeks later to see how you are doing on your new program and answer any questions that you have. Your next appointment will be scheduled after this appointment, which may be in 4-12 weeks, depending on your personal health situation. You are encouraged to do foot baths on a more frequent basis, and check in with Sharon on your progress that way. It is Sharon’s goal to provide affordable nutritional assistance.
