1979 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40

Completely restored to new condition. No expense spared. Toyota factory original, late model FJ40 with power steering. 100% rust free. Two years invested on complete frame off and body off, nut and bolt restoration.  All mechanicals returned to new. Everything was replaced with new or rebuilt to OEM or better specification. 

All mechanicals were rebuilt or replaced with new. 100% new brakes, 100% new seals, bearings, races in axles and drivetrain.  Engine was completely rebuilt and balanced.  Compression balanced across all six cylinders. All new OEM toyota vacuum lines.  PS box was rebuilt and resealed.  Carb was rebuilt, tranny and t-case were resealed after being tore down. 100% new OEM toyota clutch.  Exhaust redone. New optima battery, polished valve cover. New OEM battery tray.  New four core radiator, new OEM fan clutch and radiator.

Covered in garage at all times when not being driven. Every body part was media blasted and repainted individually using high quality paint. Every part that could be powder-coated was powder-coated for extra durability. 1979 to 1983 FJ40's are rare with optional factory power steering. Includes all original toolkit, original jack and jack rods, two cans of factory touch up paint, and front door safety straps. Also includes front and rear floor mats.
