Gail has been growing, studying, and working with medicinal plants since 1995. In 2007, she was certified in the “Art of Simpling”~ use and application of traditional herbs ~ through her apprenticeship with Chris Bashaw of KHY Herbals.
Gail’s internship included putting together an Herbarium for the Historical Museum at ‘Strawbery Banke’ in Portsmouth, NH, as well as working in the period gardens there.
Tai Chi classes are now being scheduled. Gail also holds a certificate in Yang Style White Crane Tai Chi Chuan. (Open Hand Long Form) Whether you’ve never taken a class in Tai Chi before or just need a refresher, “I will come to your home for one on one instruction.”
Gail lives purposefully on Thirteen acres between meadow and trees with her carpenter husband Neil, their three cats, “Loki”, “Olivia”, and “Sunny”, 7 French Guinea Fowl and 20 thousand honey bees.

Gail is currently back in school taking classes at Seacoast Career Schools in Sanford, ME to become a licensed massage therapist.
