1. You will a variety of sun salutations, including flowing in a mandala (circle).
1a. You will learn forward bends, back bends, twist, hips openers, inversions, arm balances, there correct alignment and form, there function and key positions.
2. You will learn how to teach both basic and intermediate poses; what the stages are and how to work with modifications.
3. You will be taught how to use the Bandhas (energy locks) and different kriyas.
4. Study the anatomy of the body.
5. Learn hands-on adjustments and enhancement.
6. Deepen your personal practice, understand your limitations and how progress.
7. Look closely at the alignment of a variety of yoga poses.
8. Learn the art of flow. How to sequence poses in a compatible way that is healing.
9. Discover the natural teacher within yourself. You will be given the opportunity to find your voice and what you have to offer to others.
10. Learn how to address the needs and challenges of your students. Develop empathy and compassion for your students and address their issues both physically and emotionally
11. Understand how to deal with injury.
12. Study yoga philosophy in depth through the Bhagavat Gita and Yoga Sutras.
13. Go deeper into meditation, praniyama and kirtan (chanting).
14. Understand the energy body, the chakra healing in yoga.
