Boatage!

When temperatures get hot, the hot get in a boat. In my first kayaking outting of 2008, I circled Ross Island early this morning in perfect conditions--beautiful weather and no power boats or jet skis (too early for those slackers).

Lots of Canada Geese, osprey, and, as seen here, cranes (ba-dum-ching).
