Dolly Goes to Work

I hate saying good-bye to Debbie and Allie. As I left for this trip, Allie asked me to take her dolly (named, "Dolly") with me. Allie has several versions of the same dolly, so I knew this wouldn't be that great of a hardship for my daughter. I agreed and put Dolly in the back seat of my car (I was lucky that I got to drive rather than fly this trip) and off we went.

Below are some photos I took of Dolly during this particular trip. Dolly is a little "blown out" by the flash of my camera in some of these shots. However you'll get to see her work with some truly fine people. She's up in a crane with the electrician. She's on the two-way radio with her coworkers. Dolly's even taking a turn on the microphone coercing hundreds of people to buy products from the company that pays Allie's Daddy to do a similar job.

By the way, the lady in the fifth photo and the union guy holding Dolly in the ninth photo weren't the nicest people I've met. However, they were kind enough to at least let me take their picture so they can't be all bad.
