We are an international, interdenominational Christian ministry whose purpose and passion is to PROCLAIM the Good News of salvation found in Jesus Christ by PARTNERING with christian ministers and compassion aid workers in developing nations worldwide. Unlike traditional mission boards, GlobeWorks is not primarily a SENDING agency. We do recruit and maintain long-term American missionaries overseas. There are many excellent agencies already doing this very well, but GlobeWorks vision for world outreach is with a different basic focus. Quite simply, we IDENTIFY faithful Christian workers who have a burden to reach their country with the Gospel, but who often lack both theological training and material resources. GlobeWorks then CHANNELS the tremendous financial, material, educational, and human resources of the Church in the United States and Europe directly to these deserving overseas native workers. GlobeWorks is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our Board of Directors consists of 11 Christian professional businessmen and ministers who represent a variety of evangelical denominations. We also have a Board of Advisors with an additional thirteen members who bring a wealth of diverse experience to our ministry.
