Who We Are

United Steelworkers Local 675 is an organization of workers in the Oil Refining, Oil Production, Chemical, Adhesive, Solar, Pharmaceutical, Hotel and Paint industries. With Bargaining Units throughout Southern California and in Nevada, we stand committed to an activist, organizing model of unionism.

Based in Carson, California, our Union Hall serves as an organizing and activist center. We believe that every worker needs a union! Contact the Local’s Organizing Department if you need a Union or want to help in ongoing organizing campaigns.

A progressive, member-run Local Union, we have a proud history stretching back to the early efforts to organize the Southern California oil industry at the beginning of the 20th century. A history page will be coming soon.
