The Contract between Sanyo Solar (USA), LLC and USW Local 675 expires on Sunday, August 31, at 11:59 PM.

On August 22, the Sanyo Solar Unit rejected the Company’s Last, Best and Final offer by an overwhelming margin.  With more than 90% voting no, the Company received a clear message. (For more information on the rejected offer, click here.

Yesterday, August 28, we went back to the table and are hopeful that an agreement can be reached prior to expiration.
