Rek

Rek Lived in Albequerque, New Mexico, with Debra and her family, and Sophie, his rottie sister. He had been very consistent in the Conformation Ring, making a "cut" at the 2003 Nationals, as well as taking multiple Reserve wins. Rek completed his AKC Championship with a BOB over Specials, and is multi V-Rated and V-1 Rated. Rek loved Carting with his mom and his favorite part was pulling her as fast as he can! He completed his Carting titles with multiple Class Placements, Wins & a High In Trial.

Rek contracted Leptospirosis in 2005, and though his mom fought as hard as he did, and he survived - his liver and kidneys were damaged beyond repair. He was able to have another 2 1/2 years enjoying herding, obedience, showing and siring a litter - and of course, just being with his mom, before this disease finally took it's toll.

Rek led a wonderful life and lived it till the end!
