I love color and I love the way light illuminates objects. Watercolors are such beautiful paints. Their transparency enables me to apply many layers of paint in order to achieve a depth and luminosity that I think is so descriptive of Life.

My passion is painting Nature – it is my Muse.

To borrow a quote I found written by Anne Frank:

“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.”

Well, I’m not afraid, lonely or unhappy but I am in love with Nature. I have a heart for Ecology and am striving to elevate the importance and beauty of our natural resources so that we can become better Stewards of our Planet.  God Bless.
