Equestrian Estates, located in north Jessamine County, Nicholasville KY, is beautiful rolling land with four plank fencing. The Equestrian Estates homeowners association (EEHOA) welcomes you to our neighborhood via the Internet.  There are 90 homes and over 350 residents. On a day-to-day basis, EEHOA  manages the property at the direction of the homeowner’s association board of directors.
