Tim Anderson, Analyst

Tim Anderson is a storage analyst specializing in storage technology for large-scale enterprise business requirements.  Prior to his current role, he held various positions including Storage Administrator, Storage Architect, and Manager of Storage Engineering at Abbott Laboratories.


At Abbott Tim took on the responsibility of building the Storage Area Network division.  He started by himself with a few switches and in a few short years built a world-class organization, with world-class administrators and architects.  He was responsible for managing a team and over one Petabyte of storage. The storage was deployed across many locations nationally and internationally. Tim was identified as pioneer for his use of Storage Area Networking across the business landscape.  Further to his credit was the design and deployment of those supporting technologies at the many locations around the globe.
