Geoff Ang - Photographer/Director Taking the Singapore & Asian fashion scene by storm, fashion and advertising photographer, Geoff Ang has been creating beautiful, thought provoking and edgy pictures for the past few years. A self-taught lensman, 32 year-old Geoff has been shooting since the age of 16. In 1998, he set up GEOFFSTUDIO, doing still-life photography. In 2001 he started specializing in fashion photography. Now he is indisputably one of the most in demand fashion photographer in both the local and international arenas. His photos show his acute sense and feel of style & technique, evident in his sophisticated use of lighting, his inspired creative eye and his proficiency in digital imaging. Accolades for him include, the inaugural Singapore Fashion Awards where he won Fashion Photographer of the Year after only eight months in the fashion business as well as advertising awards in the Clio, NY Festivals, The One Show, Indonesian Advertising Awards and the London International Advertising Awards. At shoots, he is a pure pleasure to work with. Unimposing yet demanding, easy-going yet focused, his demeanour belies the near manic but controlled creative energy that he injects into each and every shoot.
