This is similar to a dos-si-dos in Country Dances. Partners face each other across the set, dance one double step towards each other passing right shoulders and one double step to the right behind their partner. Then dance two single steps backwards to place passing left shoulders, ending with two single steps, feet together jump and clash sticks. Repeat passing left shoulders, stepping to the left to dance back passing right shoulders. Performed to the 'A music' (8 bars). |
