Well - 1.5+ years of work are starting to pay off!  I am happy to report that I have won the Emerging Filmmaker Award @ the 2007 Minneapolis/St. Paul International Film Festival for my documentary, The Godfather of Disco.  In addition to the recognition, I was awarded a $2000 gift certificate from Kodak.  G.O.D. had it’s World Premiere on Thursday, April 26th and received a very warm reception from the crowd.  Gotta thank Bobby Marsden for championing this movie and giving me this award.  Also a big thanks to the kind people of Minneapolis/St. Paul who embraced this movie from the get/go.
