Gemma and the organizing team of 11 Days of Global Unity

When somebody asks me what can I do: I say, find something in your neighborhood, or in your hometown, or in the part of the city where you live. Joining in big things is fun in a way, but it lets the other people do the job of organizing.  What the whole world needs to learn- is how to organize, and to say it could be a party on your block, where you live.

The “Million Voice Choir” starts it.   We’d like to teach (We Rise) to our vocal team. (Tonight at the event) I’d love to hear about what Dr. Jane (Goodall) has to say and others. And, of course, Gemma is wonderful, with her wonderful song. I wish you well.

September 21:  How It Works

Whereever you are in the world or whatever you are doing

we invite you to take 6 minutes out of your day to sing WE RISE !

Can you imagine a Million Voices singing from a million hearts calling for PEACE! What a thrill that our 5th Annual Million Voice Choir is being celebrated on the weekend of September 21! This year WE RISE will be sung all over the world over the course of the entire weekend! With your help we can ensure that WE RISE will be sung at every hour of the day, and have simultaneous performances in every time zone. We will create a wave of peace -- and here is how it will work! Of course, if these times are not suitable for your performance schedule (for schools and work gatherings), please sing it at a time that is appropriate for you. Help us to ensure that this song of peace and unity is sung at every minute of the day!

Simultaneous Performance Times

9am , 12pm (noon) or 9pm in every time zone

EVERYONE IS INVITED TO SING! It's really easy to participate because the way WE RISE is designed, while the "choir" sings the main melody , people in the audience who have never heard the song can sing the chorus, (WE RISE, WE RISE, WE RISE). You can see how easy it is!  We should have a million voices singing together in no time!
